RV Spaces
Daily: $70
Weekly: $350
Monthly: Starting at $1,000 plus utilities
We provide short—and long-term RV Space rentals. All spaces include full sewer, electric, and water hookups (30 AMP and 50 AMP are available). They also include complimentary WiFi and laundry on site.
We require a refundable deposit of one month’s rent before moving in. The rental amount can vary based on the RV's length and the number of people and pets staying.

Camping Sites
Starting at $35/day
We offer picturesque camping sites nestled throughout the property, surrounded by natural beauty and lush palm trees, providing a serene and peaceful retreat in nature.
Daily + Monthly Rates
We provide flexible rental options, including short-term and long-term space rentals and convenient monthly RV and storage unit solutions. Long-term stays require a minimum commitment of one month.
Deposit
We require a deposit before moving in to reserve your space, which is fully refundable if the tenant gives advanced notice of their move-out date (as listed in the rental agreement).
Payment Methods
Payment methods are listed on the tenant portal page. We accept credit card payments and checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS.
Conditions and Policies
All RVs must be manufactured by a recognized maker and self-contained with electricity and a bathroom. We are not able to accommodate tents, car or van camping, modified busses, or other self-made RVs. There are no public showers on site. Please see Park Guidelines for additional information.
Pet Policy
2 Dogs Max. Per Site / $25 per month per dog
All pets are required to have proof of up-to-date vaccinations. You must pick up after your dog or you will be sited. (We have a doggie station at the property for convenience.)
